Compliance Assessment Reporting
According to section 15.1 of the Aggregate Resources Act, producers must submit an annual report assessing their compliance with the Act, regulations, the site plan and the condition of the licence.
The assessments must be done between May 1st and September 15th and submitted to MNRF no later than September 30th.
Early submission protects the licensee or permittee from any prosecution if there are violations to report. Should producers require more than 90 days to correct any violation, they need to confirm the extension in writing with their area inspector, prior to submitting the report to MNRF.
