Included in your booth space fee is one (1) full delegate registration package. Please put the information of the individual receiving that package below. This gives them access to all presentations, all meals, all social programs, exhibit areas, and handouts. Registrations cannot be shared.
ALL FIELDS MUST BE FILLED IN TO PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

Cancellations
CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED IN WRITING TO OSSGA ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 10, 2026 WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND LESS THE $750 ADMINISTRATION FEE. CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER JANUARY 10, 2026 OR NO-SHOWS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT. WHERE AN EXHIBITOR IS UNABLE TO ATTEND, ALTHOUGH PAYMENT IS STILL DUE, EXHIBIT SUBSTITUTIONS ARE WELCOME AT ANY TIME BY NOTIFYING OSSGA. ANY MEMBER COMPANY NOT IN GOOD STANDING (i.e., OUTSTANDING BALANCES OWED 60 DAYS+ TO OSSGA) WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.
