The future trainer should also be a person of integrity with confidence in his/her area of expertise but must want to teach others and have a desire to help others, which is sometimes very challenging. Trainers must have the capabilities to transfer skills and knowledge to those starting or moving forward in the workforce. Future trainers must be aware of the possibility of consequences for cutting corners or passing someone who may not be ready.
