Development Approval Roundtable Action Plan

In April 2017, Ontario announced a 16-point plan to help more people find affordable homes, increase supply, protect buyers and renters and bring stability to the real estate market.
The Roundtable Action Plan, available below, contains actions items that are aimed to streamline the development approvals process, bring housing to market, and support provincial and municipal priorities for land use and infrastructure planning.
