Update on the Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act (ESTMA)

Natural Resources Canada (NRC) has released survey results from a survey of over 300 stakeholders based on the first year of experience under the new ESTMA legislation.  The survey asked questions dealing with the enrollment process, the reporting process and areas requiring further guidance.  A summary of the findings can be found here.
