Amendments to Ontario Regulation 242/08 under the Endangered Species Act

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry is proposing amendments to O.Reg 242/08 that include extending the expiry date for forest operations conducted in managed Crown forests in section 22.1 of the current regulation, amending the regulation so that it includes species that were added to the SARO List on June 2, 2017, and amending section 23.16 of the Safe Habour Policy to include special concern species. 

Comments are being accepted until March 5, 2018.
