Training runs from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm in the Mississauga at the OSSGA Office. Price includes all training, course material and lunch.

CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED IN WRITING TO OSSGA ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 5, 2026, WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, LESS THE $200 ADMINISTRATION FEE. CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER SEPTEMBER 5, 2026, OR NO-SHOWS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT. WHERE A DELEGATE IS UNABLE TO ATTEND, ALTHOUGH PAYMENT IS STILL DUE, DELEGATE SUBSTITUTIONS ARE WELCOME AT ANY TIME BY NOTIFYING OSSGA. ANY MEMBER COMPANY NOT IN GOOD STANDING (i.e., OUTSTANDING BALANCES OWED 60 DAYS+ TO OSSGA) WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.
