By registering, you and the people you register acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other airborne illinesses exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the OSSGA Event, you and any attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other illnesses and agree not to hold OSSGA, staff, contractors, venues, exhibitors, speakers, or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury. OSSGA has the right to shift the event to a virtual format if the government limits event/meeting capacities or at its discretion.
Cancellations Cancellation must be requested in writing via email to OSSGA. Cancellations received by January 10, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a $750 administrative fee. Cancellations received from January 11, 2026 onward will not receive a refund, however, attendees can be changed. Credit will not be given for late arrival or unattended events and sessions. Registration is for one individual and cannot be shared.
