This year, we invite you to experience a more dynamic and productive approach to networking. Instead of spending your day behind a booth. The newer format features a dedicated high cocktail table and customized company banner stand, giving your brand a strong presence without the hassle of setup or teardown. During dedicated networking breaks, stand at your branded table, put out a few handouts/business cards and staff your space for the dedicate networking times Tuesday and Wednesday.
During presentations, step away from your table and join your industry colleagues to hear from expert speakers and discover the latest developments shaping Ontario’s aggregate sector. This flexible format lets you balance connecting with current and potential customers while fully participating in sessions and shared meals. Only one spot per company and available to members only.

Included in your booth space fee is one (1) full delegate registration package. Please put the information of the individual receiving that package below. This gives them access to all presentations, all meals, all social programs, exhibit areas, and handouts. Registrations cannot be shared. You must be a member to have a booth.
ALL FIELDS MUST BE FILLED IN TO PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

Cancellations
CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED IN WRITING TO OSSGA ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 10, 2027 WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND LESS THE $1000 ADMINISTRATION FEE. CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER JANUARY 10, 2027 OR NO-SHOWS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT. WHERE AN EXHIBITOR IS UNABLE TO ATTEND, ALTHOUGH PAYMENT IS STILL DUE, EXHIBIT SUBSTITUTIONS ARE WELCOME AT ANY TIME BY NOTIFYING OSSGA. ANY MEMBER COMPANY NOT IN GOOD STANDING (i.e., OUTSTANDING BALANCES OWED 60 DAYS+ TO OSSGA) WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.
