CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED IN WRITING TO OSSGA ON OR BEFORE MAY 16, 2026, WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, LESS THE $200 ADMINISTRATION FEE. CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER MAY 16, 2026, OR NO-SHOWS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT. WHERE A DELEGATE IS UNABLE TO ATTEND, ALTHOUGH PAYMENT IS STILL DUE, DELEGATE SUBSTITUTIONS ARE WELCOME AT ANY TIME BY NOTIFYING OSSGA. ANY MEMBER COMPANY NOT IN GOOD STANDING (i.e., OUTSTANDING BALANCES OWED 60 DAYS+ TO OSSGA) WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.
