Generic First Line Supervisor Training
The Ontario Stone, Sand & Gravel Association is pleased to invite you to participate in the Generic First Line Supervisor Program. This three-day session will cover the following Seven Modules:
U6300 - Follow Safety Program
U6301 - Prepare for Emergencies
U6302 - Follow Health & Hygiene Procedures/Guidelines
U6303 - Practice Effective Communication
U6304 - Manage Work Area Activities
U6305 - Manage Employees
U6306 - Assess Control and Apply Ventilation Systems in the Workplace
This training will be held in-person at the OSSGA Office in Mississauga. Only 20 spaces are available! Please register today!
Please note that the delegate name(s) provided below will be used to create a list sign-in list for event attendees. Please ensure the spellings of names, companies, etc. are exactly as you would like them to appear on your file. Also ensure both the attendee's email and mailing address are correct as this is where final training details.

Cancellations
CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED IN WRITING TO OSSGA ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 1, 2023 WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND LESS THE $100 ADMINISTRATION FEE. CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2023 OR NO-SHOWS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT. WHERE A DELEGATE IS UNABLE TO ATTEND, ALTHOUGH PAYMENT IS STILL DUE, DELEGATE SUBSTITUTIONS ARE WELCOME AT ANY TIME BY NOTIFYING OSSGA. ANY MEMBER COMPANY NOT IN GOOD STANDING (i.e., OUTSTANDING BALANCES OWED 60 DAYS+ TO OSSGA) WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.
