On Monday, March 29th, the ARB released an Interim Decision on Wellington County’s appeal of the MPAC assessments of various aggregate properties for the years 2017-2020 inclusive. The Decision ruled on classification, valuation and equity. OSSGA members are still reviewing the Decision and will be discussing the implications of the Decision with MPAC, and its impact on other aggregate properties in the Province, in the near future.
